Review and verification accuracy of the FEED documents with a multidisciplinary team and provided engineering / constructability review and service for the fabrication of the well platform. An integrated model of the topside structure, jacket and piles substructure had been analyzed for extreme storm and earthquake conditions.
The analysis was performed as an onshore fabrication check for the platform and will be used as the basis of the drawing for approval of the structure.

Services:
Risk assessment on a gas pipeline based on historical data and maintenance and inspection report. Existing inspection plans were reviewed and recommendations were forwarded to the client for a need to refine the inspection plans based on the mapped risk level of the pipeline.

HENDSA were retained by the client to provide services to a large oil storage and onshore terminal project. The services included PHA and HAZOP studies for the modifications and the new facilities.

HENDSA performed a suite of safety and risk studies for an international operator with operations in Algeria. The services provided included preliminary hazard analysis, HAZOP and safety integrity level assessment of a production and treatment of oil and gas in a block with a gathering system for more than 30 producing wells and associated process facilities.

Safety critical systems and instrumented protective systems design basis evaluation of existing LNG mega trains and offshore facilities and verify the safety integrity levels using Fault Tree analysis for each rated function. Each train has around 950 safety instrumented function to be evaluated for the probability of failure on demand and for spurious activation.
Services:
Hendsa was engaged to provide design basis evaluation of the safety critical systems of world scale LNG mega trains for a major gas producer in the world. The services included review of the entire instrumented protective systems including the main process, utilities and off-sites, assessment studies, spurious trip analysis and verifications.
